The Challenge
How can international customers register to participate in the Mattel Virtual Toy Fair 2021? How can invited customers register for one of six available time slots in a three-day event series and save their preferred appointment - including all key information about the live webinar - directly to their calendar?
The Solution
Scheduling and invitations via email and Excel were not an option. An innovative solution was needed to enable efficient participant registration and management. XFAIR’s web-based Event Management System (EMS) provided exactly the right approach. Via the registration portal, participants from around the world were able to sign up quickly and easily using a laptop, PC, smartphone or tablet and select their preferred slot for the two-hour live webinar event. After successful registration, participants received a confirmation email and an invitation for their appointment, including the link to the chosen live webinar. EMS enabled efficient management of participant data with real-time reporting - meaning the event team always had participant numbers per time slot at a glance.
