How can international customers register to attend Mattel Virtual Toyfair 2021? What is the possibility for invited customers to register for one of the six offered timeslots of a 3-day event series and save the desired date with all important information about the live webinar event directly in the calendar?
The solution
Requesting and inviting appointments via email and Excel was not an option. An innovative solution was needed that enabled efficient participant registration and management. XFAIR’s web-based Event Management System (“EMS”) offered just the right solution. Using the registration portal, participants from all over the world could quickly and easily register via laptop, PC, smartphone or tablet and select their preferred date for the 2-hour webinar live event. After successful registration, the participant received a confirmation email and immediately a date invitation with the link for the desired live webinar. “EMS” enabled efficient management of participant data with real-time reporting. This way, the event team always had an overview of the number of participants per timeslot.
